I looked at a lot of organic prenatal vitamin chews or prental multivitamins, etc. I needed a good pregnancy vitamin my doctor said so I went to her for a prescription of a good supplement or supplements. She said healthy diets go a long way after you conceive the fetus or infant but that was self-evident. I wanted to carry my baby without nutritional deficiencies. I wasn’t thinking of blood pressure or the extra weight or malnutrition as I eat well. I wanted a prenatal multivitamin that had folic acid, Vitamin D and all the rest of the vitamins and minerals needed by women who are pregnant. I didn’t want any “disorder” either. The doctor said my dietary finding was good due to a sanguis healthy diet. She said “dissolution standards” and risk factors would be lessened and I’d get less sick if I took organic prenatal vitamins. So, with all that said, I came upon this product through some research online. It works. Nausea was not there compared to other women (I have no personal reference point). I also felt better. So, yea, I recommend this.
