Studies show that CLA can help people who are well overweight by decreasing body fat. However, there is not a lot of clinical studies that shows it helps dramatically. It should be seen as a complementary supplement product, not a panacea.

CLA is also an antioxidant, which slows aging. It also may have anti-cancer capabilities. There is one study that shows women who have a lot of CLA in their diet to have a lower risk of соlоrесtаl саnсеr. It also has been shown to lower the bad LDL (low-density lipoproteins) although it’s not dramatic.

Are there any side effects of CLA? Yes. It can cause stomach upset, nausea, fatigue and diarrhea. It can also interact with drugs used to help ѕсhіzорhrеnіа.

Are there any customer complaints? Some users of CLA in general complain of the reported side effects, primarily nausea and stomach upset. Some, though, have no adverse reactions or problems with it at all.

I dropped an extra pound and a half a week using this product. I’m on the same regimen I was before I started taking this pill and I’ve seen more results in the last few weeks than I have since the beginning of the year. I’m finally getting my confidence back since putting on weight after becoming a mother. I’m excited to see more weight melt off and get back to the body I had. I’d recommend this product.

You can buy it here, but you are free to choose. There is always a lot of hype with any marketing on a fat loss or diet pill product. Usually the sellers or marketers actually make really extravagant claims of various weight loss benefits like preternatural metabolism boosting power, diminished appetite suppression, and, of course, quick fat loss. MusclePharm doesn’t do that. Their marketing is “normal” and fairly understated.

Most importantly, whether it works or not is what’s important and they seem to realize that. So, does it? Many customers say it does. It is best, though, when combined with weight and endurance training complemented by a low-calorie diet. Then, it could help, but it’s no miracle fat loss product.
