Really like this product. I have only been taking it now for two days, but can tell a noticeable difference in the lack of muscle fatigue during and after my workouts. I still have the good burn feel as if I have had a good workout, just not the completed muscle depleted feeling that I had previous to this supplement. The only reason I did not give this 5 starts was because the flavor is a little intense, BUT I use one full scoop on a 24 ounce shaker bottle, drink it down to about 6 ounces and fill back up during my workout. It takes me doing that 3 total times before it complete goes back to clear water. That my friends is the real value in this product. It sort of front loads your workout with a lot of bcaa’s and still allows you to be injesting them prior to your post workout proteing shake!
